Stanley goes back to Jagz @ Ascot again after a great evening there in January. A really nice friendly venue….you can even book a table for dinner there – how very civilised!

If you’ve been to one of our recent gigs (or even if you haven’t….yet) there are no doubt some Steely Dan songs you want to hear which are not yet in our set-list.
We’re constantly trawling the Dan back-catalogue for new songs to add, but if you send us your suggestions via the contact page, then that may help shift your favourites up the pecking order a bit!!
As of May 2013, the next one to be added is ‘Don’t Take Me Alive’……watch this space, or the Twitter-sphere for updates!!

Stanley had a great night at The Farmer’s Boy in St Albans last week – always a great atmosphere there! We were then pleasantly surprised to be name-checked in a tweet by a couple of the guys from melodic pop-rock combo The Feeling who happened to be at the gig and tweeterized thus:
” Just saw Stanley Dee (Steely Dan Tribute) absolutely smash it, FINALLY musicians that understand the beauty and subtlety of this band! C&P ”

New Website Goes Live!
Hey Dan Fans! Check out our awesome new website… right here! It’s still early days, but it’s coming together really nicely and we all hope it’ll be a fantastic resource for all things Stanley Dee… and more! As well as listing all our GIGS and EVENTS, the new website has a really cool built-in audio player – the Stanley Dee Jukebox over there on the left – which means you’re able to enjoy our smooth jazz rock sounds straight off the page! We’ll also be adding a lot more band info, photos and video over the coming months and be sure to follow our BAND BLOG, in which we’ll be musing on all sorts of things!
